A dad and his sons, remodeling homes in St. George since 2021. We live here, our kids go to school here, and we plan to be doing this for a long time.

It started with a green bookcase.
Our first real job, in April 2021, was a custom built-in bookcase. It was green, and we sprayed it in Dad's driveway because that's where we had room. We were just making it happen.
From there we built things in his garage, flipped the house he was living in, and remodeled a couple of family homes. Dad taught me cabinets, repairs, and a hundred small jobs along the way.
About two months in, Dad had to be away for a couple of weeks and left me running one of his projects. I'd barely been in construction long enough to know what I didn't know. I learned a lot, fast.
Five years later we're doing kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home remodels all over Washington County. We still work the way Dad taught us: take your time, think it through, do it right.

Blake is the one who shows up. He walks your house, puts together your estimate, and runs the job from start to finish. He keeps you and every sub updated, and he'll have the hard conversations early instead of late. If you have a question, he's your guy.

You may not see Dad on your job site much, but he's behind every one of them and always a phone call away. He started in drywall and spent more than 30 years working his way up to managing multi-million-dollar government construction projects. He also served over 20 years in the National Guard.

I keep everything behind the scenes straight: the schedule, the books, the paperwork, and the software we built to run our jobs. On site you'll usually find me painting or hanging cabinets.

On our mom's side we're Blickenstorfers. Gottlieb Blickenstorfer came with the Swiss pioneers who settled Santa Clara in 1861. Our grandfather, Patrick R. Haggerty, managed construction logistics for the U.S. Antarctic Program; there's a Haggerty Hill named after him.
Blake is an active member of Red Rock Hockey, and we've done several projects with and for them to improve the rinks in town, including a new scoreboard. We sponsor the league too, so you'll see our name on the jerseys.
None of that builds your kitchen. But it's why we care how things go here. We're not a franchise that rolled in from Las Vegas, and we're not going anywhere. When we say we'll take care of you, it's partly because we'll run into you next week.
We're not perfect, and we won't pretend to be.
We've had projects that didn't go the way we wanted. We've made mistakes. In a town this size, word gets around fast, and it should.
So when something goes wrong, we own it and we fix it. That's a big part of why we plan so carefully before we start: most of the problems that wreck a remodel can be seen coming if somebody takes the time to look.
We're also a family, which means we like working together, we joke around a lot, and we argue about the right way to do things until we land on the best one.
