Our Story
The Haggerty name has been tied to construction for generations. Our grandfather, Patrick R. Haggerty, managed construction logistics for the U.S. Antarctic Program — the kind of projects where failure isn't an option and the weather is trying to kill you. They named Haggerty Hill after him. That's the standard we come from.
Our founder, William, served over 20 years in the National Guard and spent years at Baker Concrete working on massive projects — including the Cincinnati Reds' Great American Ball Park. When he brought his family to St. George, he brought all of that experience with him and turned it into something personal: a small construction company built on doing things right, not doing things fast.
Today, Haggerty Construction is run by William and his sons. Blake leads project management on the ground. Jayden builds the custom technology that keeps every job organized and transparent. Together, we take on residential remodels that matter to the people who live in them — kitchens, bathrooms, basements, cabinetry, and everything in between.
We're not trying to be the biggest contractor in Southern Utah. We're trying to be the one you trust.

Our family didn't just move to St. George — we helped build it. The Haggertys have pioneer heritage in this valley, and our roots in Washington County go back generations. This is our community, our neighborhood, our home.
